Practically all my friends on facebook play it, but I will NEVER try the damn thing.

I played it, it was ok.

Its a knock off of every other farm sim game ever made, the only difference is this one did it the best. Look at the movie Spaceballs. It was a comedy knock off of star wars, it wasn't the only one but it did it the best.

I agree, it seems a lot of Escapists do not like social networking. Including me, I don't have any of the popular things like Facebook or Myspace or Twitter.

The only game I play on Facebook is Texas Hold'em poker. Which I believe is by the same people who made FarmVille, Zynga. So...they have me anyway.

I have been asked to uh "harvest a field" once. I did it quickly and then never went back. I just don't get it. I also don't get harvest moon.

I played it for a bit... long enough to realise that it's a poor knock-off version of harvest moon. I don't understand how you could get addicted to it though, or timetable your life around it... that's just freakish.

I neer did, but alwys tought it would be as you said, and can't bae to see harvest moon ripped off. Guess I was right, then.

Nope. My wife did for a little while and I just found it incredibly boring, plus I don't use Facebook so it would require an extra step for me to even play in in the first place. To be honest, the restaurant one didn't look that bad though. Even if there's not much to it I could see that being a better time waster if you've got 5 minutes to kill.

I made the noose and everything, but realised I hadn't played Mass Effect 2 in my life yet, so the suicide was delayed.
