I got three, with names, even!
1: Zelda: The Story of Gannondorf. (He's the only character who is the same person in each game.)
2: Team Fortress 2. Cycle of Death. (Engie's sentry is sapped by Spy, who is burned by Pyro, who is mowed down by Heavy, who is rocketed by Soldier, who is grenaded by Demoman, who is headshot by Sniper, who is rushed by Scout, who is killed by the Engie's Sentry. And the cycle continues. but where does Medic fit? DUN DUN DUUUUUN!)
3: Pokemon: I Caught 'Em All. Now What? (some people have to much time on their hands. Or they use Action Replay.)

Well, Pokemon already has a bunch, but its still awesome.
If not that, than I guess Fallout 3. Oblivion, although awesome would be sort of strange to try, and Fallout 3 has a lot more comedic elements to it, which would make it clever and not too difficult.

Ok, started this post trying to think of what had the potential to have a tribute song that would 'add' something to it. So a game that was not only great, but had great music, yet had room for another song to have more to say.
That criteria fell through as I couldn't think of anything...
So new criteria of assuming whatever tribute was forged from some incorporeal greatness that transcended game music as we know it, the games I would want to hear would be: Odin Sphere, Majora's Mask, Shadow of the Colossus, Fatal Frame, Silent Hill, Folklore.

Otherwise, Saints Row 2? Or Halo to the tune of the song 'Halo', I'm sure that must have been done already... Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress, anything BUT Portal really. It's got enough attention.

Portal hands down because it is the only series to ever exist that makes me want to rid myself of my 360 just for the PS3 so I can have those precious extras.
