I've always had a hard time deciding between Leo and Don. I picked Leo 'cause he has swords and is blue.

Raphael, mainly because I like Sais.
Second place is Leondardo, because katanas are awesome... actaully now that I think about it, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Leondardo are pretty much even when it comes to me liking them, and none of them are very far behind Raphael.
Ignore all of that, while my official answer is Raphael because of his weapons, more side answer is that I like them all because they are all awesome.

Michelangelo. I no longer remember why I started loving Michelangelo, I just remember that I always have and always will.
Donatello because Purple is rad and because I found he was the easiest to throw enemies at the screen with in Turtles in Time! Curse that no-clipping no-good shredder and his sniping from off the map.
They really need a stronger moderator team for that game, he's ALWAYS hacking.
