My friends PC did it.
The way he's did was because someone found a flash drive, he plugged into his PC and then it autoran a program that made his PC shit bricks. I think he fixed with a format and reinstall. Which sucks.

Have you tried starting in safe-mode? (press F8 LOADS when you turn the comp on)

If you CAN run it in safe mode, try to return it to a "Last good save" and reboot.

Otherwise...i think you may have to format.

it's either A) your vid card driver is borked. so uninstall and reinstall the latest vid drivers from ATI.com or nvidia.com

if that dosnt fix it, your vid card is damaged (probably from heat). So get your vid card company to replace it (if it's still under warranty). If it's not, try to return it to the store you bought it from.
