Even if you raise JPs per captia rape rates by 30-50% its still lower than the US both are lower than Canada 0-o

Then again add in cultural bias and how people handle it in the real world it could be 2-3 times as high but that comes from the culture itself and its history not from the friction that the sub culture wanks too.

Japan didn't need to ban the game because they willingly pulled it. It is not available, and no they should not do this virtually or in real life.
