It's hard to say with this one. I like how I can recognise what the animation is from, and that it is a nice animation, but the flashing of gun fire is beginning to hurt my eyes. I'll give it an 8/10 though, I like it.

Personally, for the first two weeks or so I felt like she was staring into my soul every time I logged in. I've gotten over it now. Also, when in doubt, use Google. Her name's "Youmu", by the way.

As for your avatar...black-and-white and simplicity aren't really my thing. 7 people trying to hold up a 7/11 at gunpoint out of 11.
