Since I haven't gotten around to installing Demigod on my system yet...:
[PROTOTYPE]: 10 / 10 - Right from the get-go, you're given an amazing tutorial on some of the things you can do to wreak havoc on the inhabitants of Manhattan. Graphics are amazing, miniature events are enjoyable, physics are damn well near perfect... and did I mention the weapons? Good God, the variety! When I came across the "Whipfist" and "Shield" powers, I nearly shat my pants; I thought to myself 'I will never use another weapon ever, unless this game forces it' and unfortunately, it does force it. Several times, actually. And not just in "Kill"-based events. After your first so-called "boss battle" with the Specialist, you lose all of your powers except your freakish agility, your ability to fly through the air on a whim and your disguises. Why? I don't know, but this game makes it work. There's a story that you can just get (and stay) immersed in because it's feasible... genetic experiments and controlled infections, ultimately leading to the perfect super-soldier.
The only thing that could make this better? Are you shitting me?
