The idea that a guy shows people the latest in viral videos and makes cheap jokes about them (the kind of things you'll find in the comments of said videos) seems really cheap and uncreative to me.
He is basically the place to go and keep up to date with the happenings of the internet, if you don't go on the internet enough to keep up to date.

His biggest problem wasn't that he was offensive, just that he's one of the least funny people I've ever seen passed off as "comedy". I know different taste and opinions but the fact that he is considered hilarious by everyone I know makes me go from being apathetic towards him to outright hatred of him at times.

The arguement that the only reason this is so is because "you might unintentionally be reminded of his existance" due to the fact he has an online presence is pretty weak.

The only change in fact only occurs to those who like him.

Are you sure? I think he has a real job doing something video-related professionally in Hollywood. I hope he gets back though, people might be jealous of the amount of attention he got but he did it all off his own back and that commands some level of respect.

Yeah, the views he gets for =3 get's him somewhere in the region of $1.3m PA, that's not counting his VLogs and YFM (both views and iTunes downloads).
