Recommend me a DS game

Etrian Odyssey is fairly good, especially the third. Also, before Kahunaburger (I think I got the name right...) gets here, may I recommend Devil Survivor?

DS is a game for the DS, where you summon demons (Demonic Spirits, or DSs, if you will) using a machine that resembles a DS.


...'Kay, random silliness aside, it's a tactical RPG that, while somewhat brutal on the difficulty (thanks, Atlus) is very entertaining, strategically engaging, and comes with an amazing plot. Also, more choice than I've seen in any game before, story-wise, with the possible exception of Geneforge. It's pretty amazing. For bonus points, they clearly did their research on all the myths they constantly make use of. It's pretty incredible.

Yes, it's an RPG from Japan. Don't let that deter you. This is from the company that invented moral choices in games and players influencing RPG stories, as far as I know.

buy ghost trick, its awesome, and if you can find a copy get super robot taisen endless frontier, its one of the best jrpg type games on the ds

Really? Why the fuck would you recommend Endless fucking Frontier over the entire storied Super Robot Wars series? There are quite a few SRWs playable on DS, Gameboy too, and you choose THAT one?

because its one of the only ones really released here in the states and its still awesome

Ace Attorney, Castlevanias (I didn't like only Ecclesia), Pokemon Soulsilver/Heartgold, Golden Sun, World Ends With You, Devil Survivor games (both), Advance Wars.

Oh, and if you like a bit harder (but still great) games, Ninja Gaiden is available on DS.

Phoenix was the defendant in Apollo's first trial. Not guilty of course.

Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.

A short RPG, but hella fun and a must play if you are a fan of the Mario series.

The other games I would have recommended have already been reccomended.

Though if you don't like escape the room games or visual novels,you may want to look elsewhere.
