This Binary Universe by BT

Listening to this and On Land by Brian Eno a fair amount recently. It has an amazing sound. It is fairly operatic or dramatic while having a sort of discordant, glitchy quality that I like.

For rap fans who like dark or unusual beats, Relapse by Eminem is a grand choice. I never like full albums except for this one, and my second one to reccomend.
The second is The Sound of Revenge by Chamillionaire. I like every single song on this album.

Lostprophets - Liberation Transmission (Rock)

1: It's the first album I laid eyes on when I was thinking what to post
2: It's really good, although perhaps quite mainstream, every song is decent.
3: If you go to HMV all four Lostprophets albums come under the 2 for £10 deal, so you can get all of them for £20. (hint: I cannot recommend this enough)
Ninja'd, dammit

Muse: Absolution. Their best album by far (Rock)
I'm glad you were going to post that one because tbh I was just expecting a load of LP fans to come on and berate me for choosing LibTran instead of SS.
You also reminded me that I really need to listen to more Muse.

Art of War - Sabaton

This album is only made of awesome & epic songs.
Quotes of Sun Tsu add an intense and unique atmosphere to it.
Sabaton's best album so far.

The Second Stage Turbine Blade by Coheed and Cambria
That's what I was going to recommend. Guess I'll pick a new one.

To The Pain - Nonpoint

Great album. One of the few I can listen to all the way through.

Nightwish - Century Child

Such a good collection of songs. ^_^
This! I love Nightwish. This singer is better than the other one IMO.

OT: You neeeeeeed to own this. It's a masterpiece, especially The Count of Tuscany.

I know I was supposed to choose just one, but I honestly couldn't pick one or the other.

Yeah, Either Nightwish or Dream Theater are fantastic. I'd have to say for Nightwish that either Century Child or The Greatest Hits would be good choices, but I'd like to worm The Islander in there somewhere. For Dream Theater, I have to say Octavarium. It's fantastic; listen to Never Enough - SO good.
