Grab some MS points and get some classics and arcade games like:
-Metal Arms: Glitch in the System

They're all brilliant games.

Calling a game that goes for the 360 and PC exclusive is just about as wrong as calling a game that works for PS3 and 360 but not PC exclusice imo (are there even any games in the latter category?) 
And no, I can't really recommend any good 360 exclusives. I own one and still haven't really found any use for it

Also, Alan Wake and Splinter Cell Conviction are coming out soon, alongs with Metro 2033, Fable 2, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST, Gears Of War 1 & 2, Dead Rising, Crackdown, and Shadow Complex. (I don't really think anyone would buy SC:C for PC, due to Ubi's DRM, I know I won't be.)
Also, if you don't have a PC, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 are both good for online play, Mass Effect 1 & 2 are (IMO) the best 360 exclusives.

notes on backwards compatability.. most games are active at this point. You do need net access to play them though as they will need to download a small bit of code for each game to allow them to play. Once this is downloaded you don't need to be connected anymore. (If for some reason you don't have a broadband conncetion, bring your box to a friend's house, load every xbox game you have, then you can unplug and play at home.)
Also, Xbox Live! for the original Xbox is no longer active. If you don't already have an Xbox and were thinking of picking up some games to play on the 360 be aware that they can no longer access Live! Not a big deal as the odds of finding a game besides Halo 2 that anyone would be playing on the Xbox is slim. But still worth noting.
The old controlers and memory cards do not work. Your old save games are toast, alond with any favorite or custom controlers (I'm looking at you Steel Battalion.)
The other posts have wrapped up most of the good exclusives. The bulk of the great exclusive games really are on the XBL Arcade. Geometry Wars 2, Pac Man C.E., Trials HD, Shadow Complex, Castle Crashers, The Diswasher (indie games technically), to name a few. I have all the major systems, the 360 by far gets the most use. Given the choice, I tend to get the 360 version, because of what I think is a better controler, the fact that they generally run at higher resolution, and it is what most of my friends play on.

Not sure if it's exclusive, but I MA3D A GAM3 W1TH Z0MB1ES! is pretty fun. You can get it on xbox live indie market.
