So I find myself having finished all my favorite anime series--now I'm looking for some new ones to get into.

My favorites have been Full Metal Alchemist, Outlaw Star, Soul Eater, and Death Note, among others.

Any good ones?

(Plus, any good sites to watch them on?)

You have the top three and a rather 'new' one called 'Fairy Tale'.
They're all standard teen boy fantasies (Dragon Ball-esque, plus a large chested woman. You never saw Bulma with a cleavage), not as nicely packed together and served on a gold platter like Fullmetal alchemist.
It all depends on your preferences.
Are you partial to a comedy, an action oriented or a romance anime?

D.Gray-man might work for you if you don't mind it getting hit with the ol' "caught up to the manga gonna change the story". Though if you enjoyed Soul Eater then you probably won't mind!

Be warned,it's not in America so attempt to avoid (if you can) encountering other JP only anime lest you become an Otaku.
Though seriously, this show is fucking awesome. (Funimation is releasing a dubbed version in 2012 if you can wait)

Outlaw Star

Hmmm, I'd say Cowboy Bebop. It's a very cool series, it's not big on an over-arching plot, but the characters and their development is top notch.

It has probably the best soundtrack I've heard in any anime.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.
There are only 27 episodes, but it's definitely worth it. Look on www.Animefreak.tv.

I'm not a huge anime person (mostly just a fan of Hayao Miyazaki and Satoshi Kon), but Ghost in the Shell is one of the best and most cerebral t.v. shows I have seen, period. Paranoia agent is another of the best shows I have seen, period. Cowboy Bebop was pretty good, and I've heard good things about Samurai Champloo, which is by the same people.

if you care to go retro i could suggest fist of the north star. good classic pretty gory about a martial artist who hits people and then they explode. he dos this though out the original series as he carves an epic swath of destruction across post-apocalyptic japan

plus the theme song is pretty bad ass!

Deadman Wonderland just started last month and has been good so far.

Chrono Crusade is a great one as well though the ending will make you cry.

Code Geass If you haven't seen it yet, a very fun show.

If your ok with a fuck-ton of fan service,High School of the dead is great.

Finally Baccano, just becasue it's concentrated awesome.

Yeah,Cowboy Bebop is a pretty cool guy,eh kills Vicious and doesn't afraid of anything.

OT:It's an awesome show, but don't watch the final episodes if you're depressed.

I recommend Darker Then Black.

It's another BONES animated show, so it's absolutely gorgeous to look at. With a very well done dub, too. The setting is rather inventive, with a society of super-powered "contractors" who have to pay a unique price every time they use their powers.

Is a good site for finding anime and getting anime recomendations.

I always recommend Baccano!, Yu Yu Hakusho, and FMA Brotherhood to anyone who asks about anime.

I recently finished The Tatami Galaxy and can't recommend it highly enough. Some of the best character development I've ever seen with a fantastic art style.

Luckily, every episode is on Funimation's Youtube channel. So there's no excuse to not watch it.

Lucky Star and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya are some of my favorites. You can watch all of lucky star on animefreak.tv and the first season of The Melancholy too.

EDIT: Oh, also Hellsing and the Hellsing OVA.

Not sure if you've heard about it but it's a little-known anime called Dragon Ball Z. Yeah, so, that's the single greatest cartoon ever made (IMO)

Heibane Renmei

Just... that. Easily one of the best I've ever seen.

You can watch it on animefreak.tv.

I suggest going into it cold. Don't look it up at all. You'll enjoy it a lot more than if you research it, then watch it.
