Wait a second... What if they set it in 1862, in the same world as the current RDR only older, and have you play as a Confederate Officer leading raids on Northen soldiers as they move to take that section of land... Then become malcontent with your position and betray your people to go fight for them, and have an epic tale of military conquest and whatever else would sell...

Thats not a bad idea...

also, they would have dance-offs.

i feel like after the ending in RDR Rockstar was giving a very R.I.P feel to it. If i was going to make a sequel to it I would have ended after the mother dies and then you see Jack. But instead jack get's his vengeance so the stories over. IDK, I'm not sure I'd play it if they kept the time thread going. The 20's and 30's weren't the best era's and the thing i like the most about RDR is that it's the lawless west, you get shot at just for pointing a gun at somebody. If they made a sequel I would probably wait a few weeks to hear reviews on it before buying it.
