I watched the show pretty heavily for a while but I stopped around the fifth season. I liked it so much I made the occasional piece of bad photoshop fan art. I went back and watched the rest of the first series a while back and while I've watched the occasional episode of the newer ones, they just don't catch my interest as well.
It has been so long that I can't really think of any quotes I really enjoyed, but when Simmons' painted himself (mostly)Blue and kept trying to tell Red to suck it, but failing can still get a chuckle from me.

Or possibly Doc O'Malley's greatest line.

Still, I think the one thing I wind up quoting the most is Church's line during his attempts to change the past. During his final failure, trying to snipe Donut's plasma grenade out of the air...
