How is it a businessman like Reggie Fils-Aime able to seem more natural in front of the camera than a seasoned presenter like Jimmy Fallon?

I mean with the "we might have a surprise if the audience are excited enough" he had us eating out of his hand. I'm telling you, he must have taken lessons or something because he has really honed his salesman-ship since previous embarrassing E3 presentations. I mean he is able to get me really excited about Nintendo after what seems like years of apathy.
