Exactly, honestly it seems these days people are just getting pissed off for the sake of being pissed of. This picture is funny, not murderous or monstrous. Fallout is actually pretty good at being light hearted in dark situations. Look at other nuclear apocalypse settings in books or movies such as Cormac McCarthy's "The Road", the most depressing book ever. Fallout is funny, and is never to be taken seriously, and if you do, your an idiot.

It's not wrong. It's hilarious.

They never added any image for such a thing, the whole idea was dropped... in fact most editions of fallout 2 had removed kids, which led to some dumbass dialogues and quests involving invisible children. A mod was released that brought them back in, adding other quests related to children into the mix too. There was no image put in for "child killer" as the award was never put in the game.

That's interesting because I remember quite clearly getting such a reputation once. I've got to install it and check this out right now.

I'm probably wrong, or at least in my experience of the game it didn't have child killer in it. See I used a mod to put them back into the game, maybe there was a bug and I didn't achieve that status; and I did kill a child in the game which was due to a missed rifle shot in the middle of fight. It was like "Shot missed raider but hit child for 60 points - Child got turned to cheese" or something to that effect. I recall this mainly due to my game crashing whenever I killed a kid... hence why I never got the achievement :/

I might install it just to play it again

EDIT: yes, ACHIEVEMENT!!!... because I earned it.
