I guess it's not healthy to vent aggression. Apparently it can lead to a subconscious tendency to vent aggression no matter the situation, making people who do so much more prone to outbursts and even physical abuse.Ares Tyr post=18.72790.776528 said:I own a punching bag for when I am angry. So that usually takes care of things. But when I fall into a sort of depression I usually sleep alot, and it just kind of subsides it for me until I get over it. Something about depression fatigues me when I have nothing to do, and I just sleep.
But apart from that, when I'm frustrated or angry or whatever, I love to listen to death metal, hit my punching bag, or train (martial arts). That usually helps. Lets me zone out.
Then again, you are a martial artist, so you've got a bit more discipline when it comes to feelings.
