The one allowing heterosexual marriage. Ironically, I'd allow gay marriage.
That's not irony. Does NOBODY know what irony is?

The opposite of what you think the usual outcome would be. Situation irony, and I forgot the other two, but I'm sure somebody will shove it in my face when I get back to school.

In you'r country, state, city, village, etc. remove a law you think is stupid. Or add a law. I personally would legalize drugs. Before you think I'm some stoner or cocaine fiend or whatever I've never have nor do I plan on doing drugs. I would make people get a special license for certain narcotics and tax them. A lot. I think it would help the economy to a great extent and take down most of what street gangs and mafias get their funds from.

EDIT: I would legalize gay marriage everywhere. Yeah lots of homophones* what want to kill me. But fuck them. (Hey, if Yahtzee can say triple cunted hooker and everybody be cool with it then I don't see why I can' have the same right)

*homophobes.

Well I would legalize gay marriage too (Not sure about the drug thing) but I am not a homosexual I just find it that people should have rights all the time everywhere instead of retreating to the farthest depths of the world to get married.

Remove laws restricting fireworks. I'm sick of fireworks being restricted due to people getting hurt using them. The law should not protect people from their own stupidity (it inhibits natural selection).
Some people can only learn by blowing their own hand off unfortunately.

I'd repeal the law of gravity! =D

I'd remove the laws that protect people from their own stupidity. (mandatory bicycle helmets, firework restrictions, etc.) It would certainly limit the population growth of idiots.

True, but like I said, we don't need laws that prevent people from doing stupid things. If they get killed doing something stupid, they get a Darwin Award and the gene pool gets some chlorine.

Copyright and patent law as they currently exist do not apply very well to software. Throw them out and get people who actually understand technology to write the new versions. Keep software and entertainment industry representatives out of it. They've had their time to mold the legislative process, and they milked it for all it was worth. If they're not willing to play fair, kick them the hell out.

The law banning Loli and shota. Because a victimless crime is not a victim, and loli and shota can be a benifit, stopping pedophiles watching actual child pornography because they don't like how it has a victim, and switch. I know this has happened before, it's not me pulling stuff out of my arse.

So many laws deserve to be removed. Right now, I'm thinking of all the red tape in bureaucracies. Does that even count as real law?

I would obliterate the "No shirts, no shoes, no service" rule. What if it's freaking hot outside and I ripped my shirt apart because of the heat? YA'LL GONNA HOLD THAT AGAINST ME?

Legalize drugs, same as you.
If they want to kill themselves, let them?
Why do we need to stop them?

Time to remove that stupid law that prevents Canadians from watching South Park on the Comedy Network's website.

I'd legalize a lot of drugs, maybe not heroin. And I'd make them fairly expensive, even though I like drugs.
And yah, gay marriage.

I can agree with this but I have to say having legal crytal meth doesn't seem like a good idea maybe somthing light like a bitta pot which is bearly illegal anyways but hard drugs I dunno thats not the kinda thing I want my kids to so simply be able to pick up educated or not that stuff is actually dangerous.
People only do some of the crazy drugs because they can't get coke, or so I believe. Legalizing all of them would see a decline in cheap-but-suicidal stuff.

As a placeholder till I think of (or care to) post anything else, I'd go with drugs like everybody else.

Well, if we're removing laws, I guess I'll start with the laws of physics.

Let's start with the first law of thermodynamics.

Tighten the laws on consciousness altering substances. I want all drugs, all nootropics, all depressants and antudepressants to be regulated within the same system. All of them legally accessible, but monitored and restricted. This extends the regulated substance list to alcohol and nicotin, it creates a possibility of legal access to recreational drugs, and generally spits on common cultural acceptance of harmful substances.
