Wow, consoles are getting more crap than a septic tank.
Nope, i just blame the developers, they created the patch, probably got the coding all muddled up.
Actually a lot of DLC fucks up on consoles. Hell Bioware released multiple DLC which was broken on consoles.
I have never noticed a problem with any DLC i have downloaded, sometimes there are minor glitches, but they are usually patched with in a week, and even if they are not, don't affect the game on the scale of "OMG THEY HAVE MADE THE GAME WORSE"

Out of curiosity, which other DLC's have fucked up?

Furthering my point that Obsidian sucks.

(This is a personal opinion and should be taken as such and any offense caused by opinion posted about is in fault of the end user for taking it as fact)

(P.S Yes, I am adding disclaimers so people will stop ranting over someone else's opinion)

The one I can remember is return to ostagar. A Bioware DLC breaking is almost a certainty.
I've bought most of the substantial DAO and Mass Effect 1 and 2 DLC as soon as it launched. There were some balance issues with Pinnacle Station. I don't recall anything going awry or even hearing anything about Mass Effect 2's content screwing up. Origins did have issues, though. Return to Ostagar put a glitch in the game that made it so you couldn't learn new specializations. It took about a month for that to be fixed. I think I remember something about Warden's Keep too...but not much about the rest, other than being generally lackluster.

Huh...strange, that works perfect for me =\ not a problem at all.

Or maybe I'm just lucky =\

Actually, it's sad to see Obsidian not release actual info as to what happened, and everyone ignorantly stack them up with Bethesda.

A friend of mine who got contracted by Obsidian, recently got hit with layoffs, this is normal since he was on limited time contract, but other people also, part of the core developmental team got hit with the layoffs also.

With Dungeon Siege, having gone Developmental Gold (meaning it's next to complete, just packing and cleaning it up and stuff), they didn't need the guys anymore, hence the layoffs.

My friend, who is a Technical Engine Artist made it clear that he has to leave after, the contract, the country, yet this very morning, at around 9, he got a phone-call in which they essentially ask him if he could stay because they're having technical problems in several departments.

So yeah, go ahead and blame Bethesda guys, this still doesn't change the fact that Obsidian simply doesn't know how to direct itself, nor to keep core team members on a game, nor QA anything without disbanding all of their employees and then rushing back to them.

Damn well played!

I have Fallout NV for PC and it has worked very well. The only problem is that whenever I crouch, the FPS drops to around 15. But if I Alt + Tab and go back it is good again.

I also got stuck in the environment once, but I was not about activating no-clip.

Otherwise NV has been awesome for me. FO3 on the other hand... %#^#&*&&@*&#*G&#^C!!! That game messed with my pc.

And HankMan does it again...
How the hell can he make so many puns?!?!?
I want a mind like that.
Though, this is a bit funny, though mostly sad. How is this even possible, don't they test stuff? Or didn't it just happen to the testers? Hells if i know.

The game on PS3 seems to crash much more frequently now in casinos. When I say "More frequently", I mean constantly.

There was also The Pitt.

Remember that? When Bethesda released a fucked up download, where lots of the textures/meshes were missing, and it was just generally a complete fuck up? And don't get me started on how it was on Games For Windows Live. Good god, that was just unbelievable. In fact, pretty much all of Fallout 3's DLC was bugged to shit in some way. Some more than others.

Bethesda's in charge of the testing/patching. Want someone to blame, blame them for missing all this stuff.

Did anyone expect this to work? Honestly? I mean really think hard and deep about this.

Waitaminute. Fallout: New Vegas is even more messed up? Like I told Bethesda on their site, they should have spent more on testing the game and less on advertising it. Yes, the commercials looked great, but it's unfortunate the game is such a buggy, glitch-filled clusterfuck.

Why are the unofficial patches better-made than the ones from the companies that actually made the game?

Why am I not surprised?

Oh right, because its OBSIDIAN making a BETHESDA game. To quote AVGN, "It's like puking on a pile of shit!" (in terms of bugs)

also, this:
