(GOD-DAMN IT for once I didn't copy all the text in my post before clicking post, and it failed to upload my thread so I'm typing this out for the second time! grrr)
I was just wondering why, when we click report, there is no prompt asking if we're sure we want to report the post or a pop-up giving us a selection of things to choose from to report the person for?
the reason I ask this is because I just had a bit of a blonde moment, I meant to add someone as a friend or something but I accidentally reported him instead. oops.
I'm sure this happens a lot, and the way I see it giving some sort of prompt would only be a good thing, it would discourage people from reporting someone purely out of spite, from not agreeing with their opinion or such and it would allow the reported posts to be shown in ascending order from worst rule breakers to minor offences, i.e. moderators could review posts reported for containing porn before reports of people posting short comments in a ZP review or something ridiculous
so yeah just wondering why we don't have this feature?
( I'm sure this happens a lot - or maybe i should think more carefully before clicking!)
