To be fair, an excellent actor couldn't possibly salvage that games' script. Not even Ian McKellen; well, perhaps.

Steve Blum and Nolan North might be up to the task, though I don't know if you could afford to have both of them fit that into their schedules.

Nolan North would be far to busy doing every other character in the industry.

My soul hurts from how painfully unfunny it is trying to take these lines 'over the top' comedy style. Milla Jovovich trying to make a serious effort and barely being able to hold back her laughter is much more amusing ^^

Leave it to MTV, a tired network out of touch with it's original self to think this 'skit' was entertaining and/or funny at all.

Producer who came up with this should be shot as it was as boring as the network itself has become.

This is officially the greatest thing to come out of the whole damn film franchise. I think I almost died laughing.

Maybe when they re-release RE on PSN they could update the voice work... and the script...

And... that right there is why a lot of folks hated the PSP version of Symphony of the Night. The narm value, making it feel like a B-movie you get to be a part of, is part of its charm. Take away the Jill Sandwiches from the original, and it practically loses its soul.

Indeed. I'm immensely glad that they didn't update the XBLA or PSN versions because the corniness of the lines is part of the nostalgic charm. Hearing the famous Richter/Dracula exchange as it was years and years ago is integral.

I wouldn't want to trade the "Jill Sandwiches" for anything in the world. I salute you, terrible voice acting from over a decade ago. Thank you for making me laugh so hard.

Personlly, I think it's rather pathetic and sad to take the piss out of the in-game acting, back then I wasn't expecting nothing spectacular for any game however one may take the piss of the intro, the real-time acting

It's nice when actors acknowledge the game that came before their movie. I don't think anyone could have expected these guys to take it seriously, and given half the chance if I were in that position I wouldn't either.

At first when I saw the headline I read it too fast and thought they were reading the scrip of the game inFamous, and wondered why they would bother with that drek.

I thought the exact same thing. xD

Anyway, not as funny as I was hoping but a couple of them might've done a better job than the original.
