I'm not sure one that one, but got all of your others.
I have my own though.
A man is pulled over for speeding, the policeman-officer says "I'll let you say one sentence. If the sentence is true, I'll let you off with a warning, if it's false, you get arrested."
The man thinks, then says a sentence.
The policeman-officer lets him drive away with nothing done to him at all.
What did he say?
You will not arrest me. EDIT: Damn, disregard this. I'm used to a different variation of this riddle.
Double edit: I take that back. "You will not arrest me" is the answer.
Actually, it's the other guys, he said "You will arrest me" making a paradox

hope this is new: A man was found murdered on Sunday morning. His wife immediately called the police. The police questioned the wife and staff and got these alibis:
The Wife said she was sleeping.
The Cook was cooking breakfast.
The Gardener was picking vegetables.
The Maid was getting the mail.
The Butler was cleaning the closet.
The police instantly arrested the murdered. Who did it and how did they know?
the wife if she was sleeping how did she know what the others were doing.
Not quite, they questioned the wife and staff.
It was the butler, the butler always did it.
The maid, No post on sundays
EDIT: Already solved, Heart was right.
