Seriously? God was supposed to be the answer? How lame.

I'd like for you to show me how any god moves mountains, was there before beginning (that is to say, before that particular god began) and explain to me how god can be so limited as to be inable to move backwards.

And also how this particular god never speeds up or slows down. I'm pretty sure a god could do either if said god so wished.

You forget - time doesn't exist ergo speed being relative ceases to exist - anyway thats is what I was told when I was asked this riddle years ago

Ever heard of space-time? Time is not just a human-made concept, it is a measurable dimension like lenght or width.

Proof please. Otherwise this remains a subjective assertion.

Great. So the name of your God is Universe. Because that is what we call 'everything'.

Space is limited to the universe. If it is universe as you are asserting, it cannot move at all: it can expand or contract but not move. Making another hint of your riddle inaccurate.

That change is towards death. So if God is the universe, God can and will die. Or rather, become impotent, as no energy remains.

Also, if God is the universe, how could it be there before its own birth?

Again, proof. I could just as well assert my cup of coffee could move mountains and was there before beginning.

Your 'riddle' makes no sense, because it depends entirely on subjective unprovable assertions.

The dragon got stupid and didn't give the knight a drink from well 7, while being double stupid and didn't drink from well 7 after drinking from the cup the knight offered (which couldn't have been from well 7 as only the Dragon had access to that.)

EDIT and the Dragon forgot to actually taste what it drank, to check if he was drinking non-poisonous sea water before going to drink from well 7.

It ought to be clear by now: The knight drank from well 1 before the duel, thus any poisonous drink the Dragon gave him would be neutralized along with the earlier poisonous water.

The knight also gave the Dragon a non-poisonous drink. When the Dragon was stupid enough to not check what it had drank, it went and drank from well 7 confident in that whatever it had drank would be neutralized but in reality poisoning itself and dying off.

EDIT: only problem with this is that the Dragon would have to be stupid (to not do the same trick) and the knight cunning (to not fall for any draconic trick and come up with this).

OMG, i think i got it. The knight drinks from one of the wells(1-6) before the duel knowing that the dragon will give him water from Well 7 because there is no well 8 to neutralize posion from well 7. Dragon thinks he won but infact he cured the knight.

You got it. The dragon then drinks from well 7 thinking he's been poisoned, and dies. The knight is cured by the dragon.

I know this one, but I can't recall the answer, it's sort of complicated, but really simple.
The only answer otherwise is to send someone else into the room and tell me.
