That doesn't run really, at least by many definitions. It's clearer if you watch the hip in the high-speed frames; it's level throughout the robots running cycle (that is in one direction). A 'true' run offsets the centre of gravity creating a sort of controlled fall forwards, whereas this robot stays in balance. It's hopping forward on alternating legs, not really running.
Nitpicking perhaps, but compared to how animals run it's quite different and much less efficient as well as less manoueverable.
