In my opinion, nothing of particular amazing quality comes from Apple, just a lot of 'Meh' with good advertising.
We can see examples of microsoft doing this everywhere, how dare they use different video/audio formats to mac (different yet parralell) and those devious bastards even use there own software for rendering. Oh, and those bastards at microsoft make sure that all games are completely, 100% microsoft exclusive, especially the ones they don't have any part in developing or publishing. And don't get me started on how they set the industry standard with microsoft office and refuse to let people on other operating systems use it (unless of course these people on other O/Ss decide to install it..).milomalo said:nope because unlike "Microsoft" mac its not trying to make things exclusive of the OS ... its just doing business and making it available for all the OS will be a better business for everyone...RooksEye said:Does this mean that I'll have to spend at least 1500 dollars, just to get a half-decent gaming computer? I got my PC for 800 dollars and I love it.

If Disney died and went to the deepest layer of hell freshly reserved for it (not Walt Disney, though he was a megalomaniac Nazi...I'm not one to judge individuals) all the world would be better.Indigo_Dingo said:Knock out Disney and that doesn't sound too bad.ucciolord1 said:Apple? Must you? "
Pretty soon, the world will be controlled by Disney, Google, and Apple.
Seriously, I would probably die knowing I couldn't play Sims 3 when I've been waiting for it for the longest timeSeekster said:Don't even joke about that! I don't even want to think about having to buy a Mac just to play Sims...

What we need is less of microsoft forcing their software on us, and more of apple letting us liberally choose the software we use, we can how apple never limit the software we use with the ipod systems, it would be completely unlike them to restrict use of software/hardware they own.
You're better off without this 'games for windows live' bullshit. Those are all published by ms. And still, let's not try and pretend apple software is any better. They are hardly renowned for letting other systems use there software (I'd really like to be able to install mac OS on my desktop, but they won't let me *sadface*)milomalo said:wellDys said:We can see examples of microsoft doing this everywhere, how dare they use different video/audio formats to mac (different yet parralell) and those devious bastards even use there own software for rendering.
