The scan has the guy with a blade, with penguin in it, which we can't post, because it's a scan. I posted the Joker thug for a comparison as to the one arm thing.Azmael Silverlance said:
Personally, I see all these villains as nothing more than ample opportunity for DLC. Yeah, that's probably a bad idea, but if you think about it, DLC would only make up for the fact that Joker is probably going to die (If the rumor of Mark Hamill playing Joker one more time is true) and having more adversaries appear make this the last Batman game for sometime (I don't really want it to be true, but it's certainly possible), Either way, I am still up for playing.

40 hours of 'solid' gameplay (25 hours campaign with 15 hours of sidequests) seems like more than enough to fit those villains in, especially when you consider how many were shown (Or alluded to) in Arkham Asylum, which was considerably shorter.

Actually on-topic; though he can get annoying, I always did like the Penguin, and I'm excited to see him return. He's pretty damn silly, even at his darkest, so I'm wondering how well Arkham City will handle him.
Yay, Black Mask! I've been waiting for a time where actually got some screen time. He's been strangely absent in most Batman media. (At least, of the Batman media that I am aware of.)
Cool! Although this kiiind of smells like an intentional 'leak'... You know, the kind that's actually released deliberately by the Publisher/Developer to make some unofficial hype...

I hope he's in it, while I love the Joker, I find the Penguin a very interesting villain as well. Maybe it's because I like De Vito so much, but he's the real two faced villain, because he's a murderous, vile creature, who wears the airs of a gentleman.

Are giant one armed thugs going to be in large supply in Arkham City? From that picture I was hoping it would be a sort of mini-boss, the kind of weird criminal the Joker would select. If we have to fight "One armed Joker thug", "One armed Two-Face thug" and "One armed Penguin thug" as regularly as we fought those Titans last game, I'll be slightly annoyed.
Is losing an arm an entry requirement? It seems unlikely that everyone would have one under employ.
