No, no, no, NO, NO, NO!, NOOO!

Come on, I barely bought my PS3 like two years ago when the price was more affordable than when it was first released! Once they announce a PS4 is in the horizon, you bet the PS3 will suffer one way or another, even if the PS4 is released in about 5 years. Stupid peer pressure. >_>

How could they improve the PS3? I mean, I know this sounds familiar; I bet we've all thought about that every time a new system is released. And then they somehow top the last one. But seriously? How? Maybe Xbox and Wii can go Blu Ray, but PS4? Unless they add a microwave and a Swiss Army knife, I can't think of a single feature that would make it better than the current PS3.

...I would like to be pleasantly surprised but...can we wait another half a decade maybe? My PS3 STILL feels young compared to how I felt about my PS2 during its final days.

And I just don't wanna think about the price for this one. More or less, it went like this when their previous systems were brand new. PS1=$100, PS2:$200, PS3:$600. So...PS4 will be...$800-1000? Yep, this might be the end of console gaming for me if that's the case. Oh, PC gaming, how I've dissed you so and now this...

About Freaking time. More new hardware, get us some better stuff in our games. It will be interesting to see how much it costs, and how many want to buy it - and even more interesting to see what its specs will be. I'm not thinking high personally, but I may be pleasantly surprised.

An unveiling at E3 would likely indicate a 2013 holiday release. I'm fine with that timing. I'm curious to see what it'll be capable of. Given the game library available to all previous generations of Playstations, I'm sure I'll buy one too.
