This can all go either way. I am just wondering why they are doing a 4th+ origins story for Lara Croft? Than again, maybe they can hit it right since Guardian of Light was REALLY kickbutt. If anyone out there ever read the comic "Origins" based on Wolverine. You'd know how awesome an origins game can be if done correctly.

I wanna see things like Lara's first love interest and how she either failed to save him or he was originally a total douche. Maybe even see whether or not she is greedy about getting treasures while she is younger or was it for fun? Heck, i'm actually getting excited now.

As for the Island I heard about that awhile ago so this confirms it for me, hopefully they are sticking with her being stranded on the island and thus capturing the oppressive and isolated enviroment

Tomb Raider 9? Has it really been that long? I can still remember magazine editorials and spreads dedicated to the blocky woman with the triangle boobs that was supposed to be the PlayStation's answer to Mario 64.

I liked the last one (not the overpriced XBLA game), even though the story was crap, and everything was the usual by the numbers obstacle course, it was still pretty enjoyable for me. I'd love to see things open up more, but hell, if it's fun to play I'm in.
