I'm pretty sure spoiling that is akin to spoiling that Snape kills Dumbledore and Rosebud was the sled.Mistermixmaster said:I didn't, and since I started playing FF7 not too long ago, learning it on a forum wasn't exactly the way I wanted to figure it out... It's somewhere in between those two, yeah. Citizen Kane is WAY older than FF7, but Snape kills Dumbledore is much younger than it. In fact, HP6 is young enough that I believe the only reason it's acceptable to spoil that is because EVREYONE on the internet's been saying it basically since the book came out, so even people that haven't read the book or seen the movie know it happens.SamuelT said:I'm pretty sure spoiling that is akin to spoiling that Snape kills Dumbledore and Rosebud was the sled.Mistermixmaster said:I didn't, and since I started playing FF7 not too long ago, learning it on a forum wasn't exactly the way I wanted to figure it out... I'm sorry man. I didn't even think about spoilers when I posted this topic. I'll be sure to keep that in mind in my future threads.Mistermixmaster said:Aww, wha? Thanks for spoiling that >=/
I believe that was sarcasm my good chap. Sarcasm doesn't translate well to the internet you see.gigastar said:The chopper pilot who turned up nearly out of nowhere, made cliche idle chitchat, then died the usual helicopter pilots death?Alaster Angelo said:When Mike died in RE4.
Sorry, but for me watching Luis die was sadder.
Whoa... I really need to get that game. The demo was so much fun and freaky as hell, too.gigastrike said:Here's one that really resonated with me:
Near the beginning of the game, I'm just starting to see the first signs of civilization. I'm seeing structures, traps, some other people, but then I come to a moat that would be impossible for me to jump over, and walking into would cause instant death. On the other side is another person. He looks at me, runs forward, and jumps into the water. He killed himself so that his body could act as a platform that would allow me to continue. I didn't know him and he didn't know me, but for some reason he found it necessary for him to die just so that I would have a chance of reaching safety. He wasn't being hurried, yet he didn't hesitate. I don't know if just wanted release from the hell in which everyone was living, but I will never forget him.
I agree with this, I wasn't expecting it at all.NiPah said:Yeah that part was just horrible, well pretty much most parts of Valkyria were extremely sad. When Isara died in Valkyria Chronicles
Ahh, apologies then. Well, since she's coming back in ME3 maybe she'll forgive you. I know Kaiden sent me some email apologizing for how he treated me on the colony, but I was like "screw you, I've got me some Garrus."Alcamonic said:Ops, I apologize. It was the Renegade obviously. Edited post for correction.Malyc said:Wait. Letting them die was the PARAGON option? Good thing I'm going renegade this playthrough then.
Aslo, Captcha was Council Escitat. Odd, considering we are talking about the council...
In ME2, regardless of who you save in ME1, you will be treated like a dick. So much for being a saviour.Catie Caraco said:I did a playthrough where I saved them, then uploaded it into ME2.. and they STILL treat me like dicks. Never.Ever.Again.
Also.. you saved Kaiden over Ashley? Really? I can't take Kaiden seriously with that douchey-hair and the fact that his V.A. played a really pathetic pedophile on Law and Order SVU and now plays Jimminey-frigging-Cricket on Once Upon a Time. I romanced him in a play through JUST so I could cheat on him with Garrus.
Video is not mine. It's one I found on Youtube. I saved Ashley myself, for no good, as it turns out she loathed me like the plague.
