Sarah Palin resignation

I don?t think that I?ve seen this yet but Sarah Palin resigned yesterday and there are rumors of an impending federal indictment for embezzlement. Just wanted to know what you think about that?

Eh, heard about it yesterday. I live in Alaska! so it made the local news last night.
I think her official reason was that its too hard a job and she can do better stuffs for Alaska elsewhere.

She has been an excelent govenor for Alaska. She has reduced excess spending in the state budget, organized legislature and the state house, instituted many conservation laws for wildlife, and so on and so forth.
I think she just went a little bananas when she stepped onto the national and international stage.

I never understood why anyone took Palin seriously in the first place. Her entire routine was so clearly just a bullshit way for the Republicans to go "See?! We're progressive! We're trying to make a woman the VP! Beat that Obama!" without actually having to change anything.

it always seemed like she was not prepared at all for the national spotlight and all the scrutiny that comes with the territory.

She really wasnt, after all she had pretty much just been elected into the office of govenor.
