They named their daughter 'Kyari'? No wonder they were willing to call their son Dovahkiin! He'll need all the free stuff to deal with the pain of having parents stupid enough to name him that.

"Darling our baby said his first words today"

"Oh really, what were they?"

"FUS RO DAH!"

I like the name it's different and unique. LOL at all the rage just because of a word.

Writer of this article is a tad... sour.

By the way, awesome name. Seriously, that kid automatically has like what? 5 million+ friends?

Dova or Dove (pronounced dohv) might be his nickname.

I dunno why people freak over it. Everyone's calling their children weird names these days. It's not just celebrities, you know.

Frankly I wouldn't mind being named something other than Michael, one of the most common names in the English language.

Actually I think when someone would ask the kid what his name means, he could proudly say:
"It means Dragonborn"

With a name like that, he could be the bully... :p
But I hope he won't be that cruel later. :D

I like it. People are called all sorts of stupid shit. Named after the bible, Named after your profession, named after their parents.

Dovahkiin is a great name. 3 sylables that flow nicely IMO. Spelled like it sounds and its nerdy. I am called Martin. Sole reason that it seemed like as good a name as any. That kid will have a nice anecdote and a badass name to go with.

By the way, Martin was the name of the King's last living heir in Oblivion. ;)
