The solution is simple, go to antarctica. Zombies have no body heat, so naturally they will just freeze to death.

Maybe here in Ireland..
But I can't see zombies standing even a remote chance somewhere like America. Even the fast ones.

I'm glad to hear research grants are being put to good use. Oh sure, some sceptics may argue that it's a waste of time and money, but I bet they won't be so tough when they have a dozen zombies gnawing on their ankles.

For those of you who think that this is a waste of grant money, relax. Scientists don't need money to make up conclusions about a zombie apocalypse. We play zombie games in our spare time; they theorize how to deal with a zombie outbreak. Enjoy the moments when your hobbies overlap with theirs, and chill out with the "waste of money" comments.

This is utterly awesome that actual researchers figured out the zombie apocalypse. And have proven that it is actually a legitimate threat. Take THAT everyone who mocked my zombie survival kit.
You've got one too? i thought it was just me who was that prepared

Alright, we need guns... lots of guns, and 4 people who aren't ashamed to do Left 4 Dead cosplay, that will wipe the undead scourge out. Also if anyone knows how to use a claymore (the sword not the explosive)....

In all seriousness, get the Bio-engineers working on a cure for the virus, if that doesn't work
AIM FOR THE HEAD!

Edit: on second though.... I don't think I'd want Biological Engineers working on something involving zombies... Isn't that what happened with Umbrella in the RE series?
If a little place called Raccoon city goes first, we know who to blame
