I played through King Kong on the 360 just for the achievement points. Yes, I *am* ashamed of myself.
Then Karma gave me a good old kick up the arse. Gamertag corrupted and needed recovering. When I recovered it, 400 of the 1000 King Kong points were gone. Needless to say I never bothered playing it again. Now it just looks like I gave up on one of the easiest games ever...
Other than that, I've still not completed Half Life 2 despite owning it for God knows how long. And I wish Marcus Fenix was real...

1.) I thought Dead Rising was a piece of shit and returned it after less than a week.
2.) I was unfortunately underwhelmed by Bio-Shock, although it was fun. I thought the various methods at killing bad-guys was unnecessary since you could kill everything the same way(electrocute/wrench).
3.) I don't understand the fascination with MMORPGs. Do the same shit over and over and over and over again in a game with outdated graphics. Do people who play these have seriously low gaming standards?
4.) I bought a new video card just to play Crysis and never regretted the decision.
5.) I wanted Freeman to drop the gentleman act and mount Alyx in Half-Life 2.
6.) If I can't use cheats in a game I won't buy it. If I pay $50 for a game, I'll play how I want and not how the devs want me to. They got my cash, so I don't owe them anything else.
7.) I got my kids an Xbox 360 at Xmas 2007 with the ulterior motive of playing it myself from time to time but haven't played it since March. Instead, I "borrowed" one of the 360 controllers so I could use it on my PC while playing DMC4, the PC version.
8.) JRPGs make me stomp-happy.
9.) I've never played a Final Fantasy or Zelda game.
10.) The last console I had before getting the kids the 360 was a SNES.
11.) I thought the Dreamcast was a great system.
12.) I hate multi-player games and will only buy one if I can play offline with bots.
13.) I bought GTA 3, San Andreas and Vice City but never did any missions. All I did was drive around and crash into things, killing innocent bystanders until I got killed by the cops.
14.) Although I thought Mass Effect was great, I was surprised by how shallow a lot of the game-play was. All of the planets were barren rocks with a handful of tiny bases scattered around.

I recently met a genuinely "hot" chic that is MORE into gaming than I am... imagine my surprise. Beware, my friends, of that devastating combination because now I must confess that I find it difficult to rationalize hanging out with any of my other friends.... ever.
I got MGS2 for Christmas a few years ago and it never made it out of the plastic wrapper. It was traded in to fund other games that I actually wanted a few months later. The Metal Gear series has never and probably will never hold any interest for me. I don't like the game play and the story is too bananas and confusing for me to care about it.

I would cheat in multiplayer games if I knew how, but would then feel very guilty and never go to that server again.

I prefer CS surf maps to normal CS gameplay

I own all 5 of the Crash Bandicoot series games on the PSX and played them all to death multiple times

The only Fallout game I have ever played for more than an hour has been Brotherhood of Steel. I am planning on getting Fallout 3. I am expecting a No Mutants Allowed assassin to take up position in the bushes by my front door within the hour. Be careful, there's poison ivy in there!
All I ever seem to do in the Sims is make vampire versions of myself and my boyfriend and lure in all the exaggerated, deformed doppelgangers of the people I know and love into our festive death-castle and kill them. This is why I love it. The Sims series is in all aspects a murder simulator, and it keeps me from actually murdering people. Or becoming a vampire, I would assume.
I used my brother's copy of Deer Hunter as a clay pigeon. I don't actually have a gun, so I used a roman candle. That shit caught fire MID-FLIGHT. That was more entertainment than the actual game has ever brought anyone.
And oh god, the worst: I met my boyfriend over EverQuest. We've been together eight years now.

Online FPS Clans piss me off to no end, elitist cunts, pretty much any group or gathering of people on any game seems to be consisted of Pre-Pubescent teens, shouting the same old catchphrases over Vent/TS consistently and getting aroused when one of them does something a two year old could do.
