Where did they get the Valve logo SOUND, now?

The Valve sound was from the Half-Life 1 soundtrack, I thought? Can't remember which specific song though.

Not that I'm aware of. I believe it's the actor who played... Uh... The guy you see on the monitor at the start of HL2, who passed away.

That's pretty funny, good on Valve! Now I wonder if those two know their face/head is famous...

And the music for the first splash-screen is also the music from Hazard Areas from Half-Life 2 I'm pretty sure.
