(Haven't played this game, have no interest in playing this game, and don't know what bug they're supposed to fix.)
Why didn't they just ship a finished game in the first place? If the game has bugs and problems, they should have caught in testing. And if not, they have a responsibility to the customers to fix it. You when you sell a game, you're implicitly promising the consumer that your product works and will do everything it advertises properly. If you don't fix major bugs, then you're a liar and a fraud.
Also, why don't game developers WANT their games to be as good as they possibly can be? Whatever happened to love of craftsmanship?
