Yea, didn't feel like it was banjo kazooie despite the fact that rare said it was the ending part of the trilogy. It was a good game, but i think that a platformer with the original essence would have been preferable.Cleril said:

Not to mention, how petty are you to let the inclusion of a character who isn't David wreck the entire game series? The gameplay, story and concept of SoL the prequels and sequels that came after that game were also pure gold. Get over it!
The first one? Blasphemy! How can a next gen console shooter be better than an ancient Generic FPS game that got popular for... Well, does anyone even really know why Halo got so big?? And I second this. Alundra is easily one of the best RPG's I've ever played... but two, even though I finished it... It had nothing to do with the first. It was nothing compared to the first. I still to this day have no idea why they used the same name and made it a "series".

I don't think that disliking Mercs 2 is grounds for questioning someone's mental capacity (in fact, disliking most things says little about your intelligence, just that you have different tastes), stating that someone else must be an idiot for not agreeing with you, however, does suggest that you might be a few clowns short of a circus.
Back on topic, Fable 2, why God? Why?
Well, I think World Of Warcraft was a huge fuckup franchisewise.
I mean, yes, the Warcraft franchise is now more popular than throwing shit at each other, but in WoW you have absolutely no influence on the story, whatever you do. I got kind of depressed as that dawned on me. No matter how much they tell you you've accomplished, you can just do it over and over again. Gone is the time when you could control your armies against other armies and actually have some impact on the story.
Arthas is a great example of this, as killing him has no effect on the world (of warcraft), as it remains just the same afterwards without any good explanation as to how this is possible. I suppose the reason for this is the simple fact that MMO's just wouldn't have worked if they actually had to put in a continuous effort to please feinschmeckers who want an actual storyline. Instead they simply accomodate the social retards who play this game in lack of anything better to do.
In WoW you have to wait for the different patches to actually see a change in the world (of warcraft) and pay on a monthly basis to be able to keep playing. Also, none who play up to lvl 80 even cares about Warcraft itself so much as the feeling of accomplishment they crave.
Where is the great storytelling and amusing gameplay that made me love wc3? I have played WoW sporadically over the years, and the story that I do see would be great for wc4. Sadly, though, Blizzard will not want to waste any effort on a RTS when they could use the same material on something that nets them far more money.

Two Worlds: The Temptation...why would they make another game? I saw a game-play trailer of Two Worlds: The Temptation and it looked about as bad as the first.
