Well, if the first is true, there is no reason to worry about the second.
If they can contact each other over e-mail or similar, there is no need for a work-around like question two.
And one last thing:
I know that you don't exactly like what I have done this round, and I appreciate the criticism, it's part of what makes us learn. How to function and behave in different societies.
But please, I can clearly see the underlying "aggression" (I am not sure what word to use) that you don't even try to hide.
So please, think about this:
1. If you want to argue with me, and come with your opinions, it would be more constructive and practical for both of us to do it publicly. These small stabs are leading nowhere.
2. If you aren't ready to do that, then you have nothing to say. I would appreciate some sort of openness about you views. Getting this in public is ok, but holding a onesided argument is only harmful to the situation at hand, and the other party (me).
I have nothing against you, and would gladly discuss your views.
