Funny thing is, I didn't RP all of my PM's. Particularly when I got tired after sending a couple in a row I defaulted to boring and very plain messages. Good bit of reasoning by Frappe, but not actually correct.

I'd like to apologize for the business with the timing of my announcements. You shouldn't really be able to suss out who might be the killer simply by checking who was online between announcing someone has been saved by the medic and announcing an actual death. If I were to do it again, I'd announce all of it in one post.

@Dema: Great so my suspicions were correct. For some reason I'm just not very happy though. This round was just too short.


Still I probably would've been a little upset if a blunder like this hadn't gotten him executed. Especially since my minor mistake with time stamps is what got me executed last round.

Oh and I was not the medic btw.

Lesson of this round: Never trust a PM. They're very easy to forge convincingly.

Seriously though, Caramel said it - I like to play detective. I always plan to lay out as much convincing proof/theories of the opposite to the majority as possible, so other people are inclined to do the same but from both sides, eventually it will lead to something that no doubt could be the actual truth.

It was only when gritch said "how would he know which of the 5 people on the list was saved?" was when something important was brought up, and that was only after I've already formed my conclusions.

I'll be honest - I didn't even bother thoroughly read your conclusions. I think I skimmed them but I could tell they were wrong/unprovable almost immediately. I'll always dismiss evidence based mostly on PMs and I couldn't verify your login time evidence personally. I'd already decided Dema was the Killer before your post.

Hey, that is very much not true. My first round I was an Entwined, and even called out the killer early on, and in the Rap one, I went to take a bullet for the spy. I play what ever alignment I roll at the beginning of the Round.

My suspicion of you was correct and the biggest clue was in fact Fat_Hippo not RPing in your PM. Dude's been in the spirit this whole time and to assign you the role so blandly just was a red flag. Then again all the other clues kind of gave you away lol. No worries, least you got to murder someone and have the GM's powers. Being a Lawyer and dying during stage 1 like me and gritch did sucks.

Like I said, that's actually kind of misleading, since I did send a couple of PM's that were very bland. I get why you would find that PM suspicious, but it could just as well have been misleading. All I sent to the spy for instance was "You are the spy." Would've been quite a blunder if you had executed someone because their received PM was too dull.

We've had quite the short rounds lately, haven't we? And I was wrong for thinking that Dema's goof-up was a ruse to draw attention away from the real Killer. Let's just leave the detective work to the robot.

I was the Medic actually... I didn't want to come outright about it and make myself a target. I probably should have done more to discredit you, but it all worked out in the end.

Anyway, another short round. Seems to be the norm since I joined these games... but I'm at least getting the hang of it a little better than before though.
