That's what I was thinking. If I do 15 reps I only get 50% on that exercise.

BUT, I think it's resistance training which, judging from my past experiences, is alot easier than weight training.

If you want resistance training, why don't they just... oh, wait. Physical resistance, not mental. My bad. =)
