Why yes, let's all forget he has mental issues and needs treatment, and just wish for his death.

How civil of you.
Well unless he is gonna check himself into a 24 hour mental hospital after this then no he is doing nothing but hurting other people so he can go play in traffic.

I'd laugh so hard if he reappeared just to sue you for that statement, saying that you're inciting hatred against him by maliciously wishing him to die in a public forum.

I'm not saying that he would be right to do so, but it would make me chuckle.

Back on topic, I wonder if the reason he's disappeared from the internet is simply because he can't afford to pay for his phone line or internet bills any more.

If that's the case, I can't work out whether it's deeply tragic or deliciously ironic.

and here I thought the Weird Al song "I'll Sue Ya" was a parody. Upon learning of this morons existance, my faith in humanity dropped yet another notch.

Oh hey, there IS a god after all! Now all we need for him to do is give Michael Atkinson a fatal stroke, for Jack Thompson to be mauled to death by rabid bulldogs and Robert Kotick to fall under the wheels of his own lambourgini and our world will be a perfect place!

There could not have been a more perfect image to describe Estavillo. I laughed. Thank you.

So, can we just say the troll has rage-quit?

Estavillo has since dropped off the map: All his sites and blogs have been obliterated from the internet. Whether we've truly heard the last of this man remains to be seen.
Queue the zombie hand rising from the grave and a "THE END?" scrawled across the screen. Crazy of this caliber just doesn't go away....it only waits while it gathers more crazy to dish out to the world.
Maybe the interwebz got sick of his insolence and ate his websites

Estavillo has a long record of litigation against a number of large gaming corporations and celebrities for reasons some might call "frivolous".
And everyone else calls "batshit insane".

Wow I've never heard of this guy before... Dare I GOOGLE?!??!

Yes I dare... Myself...

Good job to his doctor though for taming the beast... Although unless he was able to find himself some help for his mentality... I doubt he'll be gone for good. People that go that far to instantly vanish like described, don't stay that way forever.

Excuse me though, I'm going to see if I can find something to read up about him!

Estavillo also cited panic disorder and Crohn's disease as health issues keeping him from following the lawsuits to completion.
...Which really doesn't sufficiently spotlight the health issues that brought the cases to fruition.

And I thought suing McDonalds because you're enough of a fucktard to put a hot cup of coffee between your legs was stupid...

Seriously, most of the BS lawsuits in America end this way.
People just honestly think Joe Smuck sues Mc Donalds for making them fat and wins. Even if you get a award in litigation they normally yank the award out from under someone suing for a pointless reason.

Reality. Who'd a thunk it.
