I couldn't get through 5 minutes of the Cleveland Show. He's cornered the market on the loser stoner demographic.
It does, actually. In fact, I think this is the best place for him. Flintstones was garbage in its original incarnation, never thought I'd say this but he's actually in an ideal position to do good. At the very least I can't see him being worse than the original.Arkvoodle said:http://www.fandompost.com/2011/05/16/flintstones-gets-reboot-via-seth-macfarlane/
So the modern master of overrated, unfunny animated shows gets a crack at the ORIGINAL overrated, unfunny animated show.
Makes perfect sense.
I'd expected a "guhhh i hope this is as good as Family Guy" from you, as the OP, but this made me smile.Arkvoodle said:So the modern master of overrated, unfunny animated shows gets a crack at the ORIGINAL overrated, unfunny animated show.
I'm with this guy. So I'll give him the benefit of the doubt with this one. I won't be looking forward to it, but I'll keep an eye out and check it out when I get the chance.TheRightToArmBears said:You know, I like Family Guy, and I like American Dad even more (Cleveland Show is shit though). This could work, it depends.
$. That's all there is to it.mjc0961 said:...
Why even reboot that show in the first place?
Just like American Dad and the Cleveland show. He could at least do a show without a family with an overweight dad, his inexplicably hotter wife and a baby with an intellect of an adult...Raikazu said:At the end of the day the 'Flinstones' is going to turn into another reskinning of family guy. It's pretty much the same dynamic, I wouldn't be surprised if the new Dino talks. Wouldn't be surprise at all.
