?Okay that?s fair? replied Sunny ?I?ll tell what I know. I was training in the forest when some huge explosion knocked me out. I woke up surrounded by flames and then I get soaked down by fire hoses, hand cuffed, and thrown into the back of a police car. But the officers got distracted by a car flying through the air. I took the opportunity to knock out the cop they left to guard me, and ran until I came upon you guys.?

Chris was sitting down, legs crossed, watching as his reputation was further soiled. ''Look at how they hold my swarm...i bet they wouldn't like it if i held out their dead associates and poked and prodded at them. What!? Mastermind? ... ... ...Killer!? I've SAVED 3 times as many people as I've killed! And I've only killed those who have hit me first!'' Chris stood up and began to pace furiously. He took out his dementia medication in hope that it would have a calming side effect. He took two tablets then looked at the side of the bottle. He threw it to the ground in his rage. He began to pick up the scattered tablets straightaway, however, mumbling to himself as he did so. He looked up as he tidied. He said:''And that stuff about me being a 'destroyer of crops' is a load of shit!'' in a desperate attempt to try to keep his reputation unsoiled among his own kind. He returned to his scattered medication, and continued to mumble.

Zed looked around the house. "I doubt you are the only one in this house hearing voices" "Sad to say it's undoubtedly true, these people are more unstable on medications that I am off them" "Come to think of it have you taken your meds" "Would our conversation be this calm if that where not the case" "Point taken"

KILL KILL KILL "Sounds fucking good" Red yelled as slide off the couch and underneath the hulking creature as it's razor sharp claws passed his by his head. The creature clumsily smashed into the couch destroying it and sending various weapons and ammo throughout the air. A katana smacked into the ground and slide to Red's feet, "Oh fuck yeah I forgot I had this" He exclaimed laughing "See this" He yelled at the creature as it shook its head and grunted preparing for a second charge, "Im going to shove this in your ass... and twist it, ************ come at me" Red shouted.

The beast charged grunting and huffing loudly as it claws dug into and scratched the gray stone floor. Red braced him self before rolling out of the way and stabbing the creature at and upward angle through it's neck. A hot flash blood hit Red at the blade pierced the creature, it's arm reached around and smashed into Red slashing and sending him flying across the floor. "Ahh Fuck.. Shit... Fuck... Just die already Damnit" Red swore as a sharp pain shot through his sternum when he breathed. "Lets finish this beastie" Red moaned pulling his pistol out as the beast jumped at him, Red fired three times in rapid succession, the creature barely noticed the first two shot's as they pierced its abdomen, the third hit the katana forcing it deeper into the creature's thick flesh and slicing it's vulnerable spinal cord. The creature was dead before it hit the floor.

Towel no, Handcuffs, yes. They are currently shards of metal outside the house, cut to shreds by Damien's blades, although no-one was able to see them.

Damien frowned at the news. "The only reason I managed to stay out is because I was on the police force here in Harbour City, before they found out about my past. Glad to see there's some honor among the law, at least." Damien was disgusted at the sheer lack of insight and caring on the force. "I hate all these d-" Damien was about to swear but remembered he was in the presence of children. "All these annoying politics. Because Shadows scare so many people, everyone is afraid to stand up for them lest they be thrown out of office. And that leaves us, high an' dry."

Damien sat on the floor, one leg stretched out, the other bent with his arm resting upon it. "Alright, what now? We have one day in this house- that means a single day to make plans. We can't go to the police to clear your names, and staying in this area will lead to the discovery of this house." Damien looked at Chris. "Why is your sister livin' out here and not in the city, anyways?"

Sunny turned and faced the tv ?hey looks like they forgot about me. Must be my lucky day.? Sunny examined his wrist making sure Whatever cut the cuffs had not cut his wrist. ?That would be a perfect end for today more scars.? Sunny thought. ?But their looking for you guys they?ll have search teams out soon.?

Jen watched the television as some of the laziest news reading she had ever witnessed unfolded. As she watched, it dawned on her that she could clear the names of the innocent, but she'd have to be careful. Copying down the number as they urged anyone with information to come forwards by calling, she dug through the cupboard in the hall, looking for an old phone that had been discarded because it was a bit iffy but not entirely broken, and a spare pay-as-you-go SIM card. "Mum, I'm heading out for a bit!" She called up the stairs.
"When did you get ba-" Started the reply, but it was cut off as the door slammed shut behind Jen. She walked in no particular direction for ten minutes, then leaned against the wall, and looked at her wrist, keying the number into the phone, and pressed the green call button.
"Hello, this is the police hotline for information regarding the lake incident, do you have any information?" Said a voice on the other end of the line after eight rings.
"Yes, my name is..." Jen began, silently berating herself "Not important, but I was at the lake at the time of the explosion"
"Really?" Asked the woman "Did you see The Hive?"
"Yes, I did but he wasn't involved in the explosion, he was just at the scene. The bomber guy was operating on his own I think, he was talking to himself like he was schizophrenic or something." said Jen. "The shadow guy attacked the police without provocation, and he's definitely dangerous, the Red Chance guy is also dangerous like they said, but the guy in the hazmat suit, Neil, I think, isn't, he has something to do with acid, but he was trying to calm the others down along with a second, taller guy who I think has something to do with shadows too. The Hive guy isn't entirely innocent though, he attacked the police too, so be cautious when approaching him, but he isn't involved in any nefarious plots. The gravity guy, I don't trust, I think he has ulterior motives, but again, he wasn't connected with the bombing."
"OK miss" replied the voice on the other end "So let me clear this up. The bomber was on his own, the Hive is innocent but dangerous, Red Chance and this unnamed shadow controller are very dangerous, the gravitational manipulator is potentially dangerous, the acid man named 'Neil' is not dangerous, nor is his affiliate? Do you know anything about another man who was found in the burning forest?"
"Those are the only people I remember seeing, I don't know about anyone else. The Red guy was babbling about some water person, but I didn't see them, and I can't imagine how a Shadow with a water power would be involved in an explosion" Jen said, trying to cover her tracks as soon as.
"Thank you miss, can I take a name for you to be contacted by?" The woman asked, seemingly worried that she hadn't insisted at the start.

"No I'm afraid you can't" Jen said, hanging up, turning the phone off and saturating it with water to ruin the electrical workings. 'You're welcome guys' She thought, drying the phone and turning back towards her house, slipping out the SIM card and snapping it in half, then dropping it and crushing it under her heel.

Red was able to hear other strange noises coming from the previously blocked off corridor, the noises included everything from moo's to squeaks to quacks.

Neil turned to the group 'as long as they don't know my name everything should be fine' he then sat down on the floor and started writing in the air after a few second he then got up, 'I think at 1am we should get up and head to the slums if anyone knows why the attack happened on the lake'

Sunny checked the clock 12:30 ?great? he thought as he stepped outside ?now that I finally dried of time for a little work out? sunny stretched out his arms and legs. Sunny gathered a small ball of fire in his hand and tossed it in the air summoning two more he started to juggle them as they picked up speed they appeared to solidify into a solid circle of flames. He then throws the fire wheel at the nearest tree stopping it before it touches the branches recalling it and then extinguishing the flames. ?Well at least my powers are back? sunny said to himself as he cracked his knuckles. Sunny walked to the nearest tree it was of average thickness ?this should do? he thought out loud ?I have 20 minutes left before everyone else is ready better make this quick he thought. 30 right leg kicks, 30 left leg kicks, and 40 punches on each hand. He dropped into a fighting stance and started kicking the tree trunk.

Chris didn't turn to answer Damien. ''She still worries about me, but she shouldn't. She chose to live as close to me as she possibly could. I tried to tell her it was safer in the city but she said it would be nice to have kids close to nature and possibly closer to their uncle. I knew those weren't her real reasons. She's stubborn, though, so i didn't argue, i knew i wouldn't get anywhere. I'd actually rather stay far away from her, i don't want to bring her any danger. By having you and the others here...and me, I'm probably just bringing it closer to her.'' Chris had gathered up his medication back into the bottle and returned it to his jacket pocket. He lay down and stared at the ceiling, hands behind his head.

Neil walked out of the door and saw sunny, 'so fire is your trick, that's why you wanted the towel. You shouldn't to anything that could draw attention to us' Neil then turned around and went back to the room with the rest of the shadows, 'we have about 25mins before we have to leave to go to the slums if we want to go unnoticed' He said looking round the room at everyone.

Damien woke up with a sigh. He stretched as he rose out of bed and yawned as he headed to the sink. He splashed his face with cold water and shook like a dog before finding a towel and drying off with it. Damien heard the snores from the children and immediately felt guilty, so he looked around for a pen and a sticky note. He wrote down, "If you are ever in trouble, call this number. He owes me a favor. Thank you for shielding us. -Damien." Damien left the note on the telephone where he hoped Chris' sister would see it. He felt like he owed her, somehow. Damien wandered out of the house and saw Neil walk in and the man calling himself 'sunny' practicing his fighting against a tree. Damien laughed at the sight as he shook his head, walking towards the man. "Very good. Now you can hit a man with no arms, stands still, and doesn't fight back. Hitting a tree is useless- the timing of your attack never changes, the defender never forces you to think, and you never learn to properly defend yourself. Find a sparring partner, or at least shadowbox."

Sunny acknowledged Neil by nodding in his direction. He threw his last punch. Before he met up with everyone inside there was one thing he needed to do. Sunny scooped up the shards of the handcuffs checking to see if he got all the pieces. ?All right this should be all of them? he said to himself as he heated up his hands and melted the steel of the cuffs into a tight ball. ?All right if they try to track us at least they won?t find these.? He was about to toss the ball away, but at the last second decided to hang onto it slipping it into his front pocket. He walked inside to see if everyone was ready.

Sunny turned toward Damien ?oh hello thanks for removing the handcuffs. But im not practicing my fighting it?s called iron body training. It?s used to strengthen your body by damaging it then letting it heal over so you can take greater amounts of pain.? Sunny demonstrates by knocking his knuckles against his shin producing the same sound as a brick hitting the sidewalk.

"You ************" Red swore as a grotesque creature pulled itself from the shattered ceiling remains, it's somewhat resembled as a swollen, bloated purple cow with a racid milk spilling from it's udders and a disease ridden mouth. It roared loudly exposed it's disgusting dark brown throat, several fly flew from it's jaws and swirled in the air before dying. The creature shook it's head roaring once more before charging at Red.

Neil then said, 'The best method of training is fighting Minotaurs and chimera so far for me it has proven effective' Neil then went to zed and chris and pulled them out of bed, 'you guys have 20 minuets before we go' he said pointing at his wrist as if there was a watch there.

the cow like creature charging at Red dropped dead nearly as soon as it started running it's body started decomposing nearly instantly and soon there was only it's bones left.

Zed stood up. He took a depressant pill. "I'm good to go. What's the rush?"

?All right I?m ready? said sunny as he walked in the door he didn?t look up as he was checking his knuckles this time the skin barley broke. ?Alright my bodies getting stronger? he thought to himself. He pulled his cloth wraps out of his pocket and began meticulously wrapping his hands. Finishing in a minute as he had done this many times since his parents let him attend classes at his uncle?s dojo.

Really, Gecko? For God's sake, your post is half a line on my iPod, and it doubles the length of a post. Please, describe yourself warming up, or wandering outside, or yawning. Something, so long as you hit three lines Minimum. It's only been a single page since my warning, so no saying you forgot. Thank you for your co-operation.
Also, it's anti-depressant pills. The other kind make you sleepy, or slow down your respiratory system. Just thought you might wanna know.

Damien frowned as Neil walked into the house. "Aww... You hunted Chimeras? I like chimeras." Damien shook his head as Zed rose out of his bed. "The hurry is we think someone might've ratted up out. You saw the news- everyone knows about us, there's a price on the heads of a minimum of two of us, and Chris's sister is gonna get in real trouble if she was found out to be hiding known fugitives. No-one is awake at freakin' 1 in the morning, and even cops have t' sleep. This is the safest and best time for all concerned. That's the rush." Damien looked at Sunny's hand and sighed. "All I'm gonna say is all that toughening up is useless the moment you go against something with claws or poison. The best defense there is a sharp edge." Damien stepped back outside and noticed there was a three-quarter moon out. Damien saw the length of his shadow and grinned. "Even in the dark there are shadows." He laughed to himself.
