Shadows-A Super Powers RP ( full,started)

Chris just stood there for a few seconds after the worm had exploded, but before he knew it the police had arrived an dopened fire at the shadow user. Chris had dealt with the police before, but he used the time to examine the shadow-man's power. Despite the show being interesting enough, he really did want to get to his sister and check if everything was okay.

Chris saw the shadow-user get shot, and felt it was time for him to step in. He attacked with a large swarm while creating a defensive perimiter of about 40 locusts to take shots he wasn't fast enough to dodge. ''Make this quick'' he thought ''i have business elsewhere''.

Chris saw officers start to come towards him at the command of a superior, Chris turned his swarm on them. They opened fire (as you would) but their gunfire was useless aginst his swarm. Some bullets headed towards Chris himself, but they were dodged or taken by his locusts, which absorbed most of the force, causing the bullet to bruise, but not to break the skin.

'its that Hive guy, release the hounds' the officers released some blood hounds which ran straight towards Chris. The officers not telling whith Chris or searching for Soul started lowering themselves into the crater too round up the Neil, Red and Jen.

Chris released another, seperate swarm which was focused on the bloodhounds, he had them attack the dogs' eyes, blinding them and crawling inside to attack the brain. He managed to kill most of them but 2 were still alive and able to get to him, he backfisted one of them as it leapt for him to stop it but the other followed closely after, knocking him to the ground. They savagely attacked him as Chris struggled and his insects continued to attack the dogs, only this time making their way through their backs to cut the spinal cord.

one of the police officers grabbed a flame-thrower out of the boot of one of the cars. Just after the last dog was killed by the swarm he opened fire burning the bugs. 'STAY ON THE GROUND AND DON'T USE YOUR POWERS OR WE WILL BE FORCED TO SHOOT YOU!!!' said another officer while pointing a gun at Chris' head.

"Spread out an search the area, also round up the shadows in the lake" Jen heard an officer call. 'And that's my cue to disappear' She thought, snapping out of the shock brought on by the monstrous worm, she turned and quietly but swiftly made her way deeper into the forest, dousing the scent trail she would leave behind by wetting the ground behind her as she ran, before cutting around two hundred meters behind the police sweeping the edges of the lake. Jen thought for a moment about running home, but decided not go too far beyond the police vehicles to keep an eye on how things progressed.

Neil being unable to fight back due to the injury obtained from the explosions gets quickly arrested by the police and they drag him to one of their cars after covering his arms and hands gain.

Chris didn't move. He knew the flamethrower would (and had)destroy his swarms. He watched the officers as ''little mice'' ran around in their heads as they realised Chris did nor wish to cause them any further harm. At least not now. The police began to advance on him.

Zed watched the carnage from behind a burnt tree. He Gently floated a rolled up note to Chris.

It said: "For freedom shout Z."

"Aii Aii Chill out" Red yelled as a bullet whizzed by his head and hit another officer in the neck. A team of officer's slammed into him from behind forcing him to the ground.
"Ezekiel Fried aka Red Chance, you are under arrest for the murder of over two-dozen officer's and civilians"
"Fuck you and where's that stupid water ***** when you need her? Or did I dream her?" Red swore slamming his elbow into one of the officer's before he could cuff him. Taking the officer's by surprise he dropped to his knee's and pulled out both pistols and emptied them. every bullet hit perfectly killing all but one, Laughing he stood surrounded by the dead officers as he watched rainbow colored liquids pour out of their bodies. He walked over to the barely alive officer that had tried to arrest him. "Shhh Shhh it's okay" He whispered as he forced his pistol in the officer's mouth, he watched the fear in the officer's eye's and laughed. "Wear did you take the shadow?" Red Demanded, the officer pointed feebly at a nearby car. BAM! Red stood up "Damnit you got rainbows all over my jacket" He yelled at the dead officer shooting him again.
Holstering his pistols Red pulled his shotgun off his back, as he ran towards the car he jumped into air smashing into an officer and killing another guarding the car, the officer's face disappeared in a flash of mist and bones as the shell hit him right under the neck. Red grabbed the second officer slamming his heading into the car window, "If... you.. would... just.. give me.. the.. keys.." Red yelled as the officer's face was beaten into a bloody mess and the car window shattered. Red pointed his shotgun at Neil and yelled "They got rainbows on you too?"

Damien stopped and watched the show from about a mile away. He sighed as more and more Shadows came forward, attacking the police. Damien covered his eyes with his left hand, as if by not seeing this would somehow make it all go away. It was still there when he opened his eyes again. Damien shook his head. "Great. Now the bastards will easily twist this event to show all Shadows want nothing more than to murder your innocent children, ravish your wives, and kill 'innocent' police officers." This last part was said just as shadows formed up and solidified into a man. "G'evening, you retard. Do you know how much you screwed over all the Shadows in Harbour City? Or how stupid that ridiculous mask is?" Damien shook his head.

Neil sad up in the back of the seat, 'as much as I appreciate you saving me next could you maybe NOT KILL POLICE! O God we shadows already have a hard enough reputation it won't be helped by you detaching police officers from their brains' he said angerly while staring at the mad man that just burst into the car, when he suddenly realised something, 'Hey your that Red guy I have been looking for you for a while!'.

"Do you honestly think I care about the rest of you Shadows, hell if you can't even defend yourselves from the police then I say they should just kill you on the spot... I however have much I still need to accomplish before I die, so those bastards aren't going to be killing me just yet." Soul said, removing the mask now that the only people around were other Shadows. He dropped the mask, which was swallowed up by shadows and was now gone from their view.

"I didn't see you doing anything to stop me either, so mind your own business." Soul grinned, before turning away from the rest of the group. He didn't do well around other people, especially Shadows who believed that they could fit in with the rest of society.

Neil melted his cuffs and gave the finger to Soul 'HEY mister angst, If it wasn't for having too explosions against my face and then my head being smacked into a stone wall I WOULD, BEAT, THE, CRAP, OUT OF YOU!!!' he got out of the car,'between mister crazy, honey for brains and you I don't know who does more to damage to our reputation. I know we will never truly be accepted into society but killing police officers because they wanted to investigated why the FUCKING LAKE EXPLODED! does not help us'. Neil halt his head as it started throbbing 'next week in the slums YOU and ME, mono a mono if I win you hand yourself over to the police, what to you say?'

"Those dumb asses got everything they deserved, after all they fired first so I only defended myself. If I fought you, you'd just end up dying, your weak, you handed yourself over with no hesitation at all so it's no wonder you got hurt as bad as you did." Soul said, turning away from Neil and beginning to walk back into the forest.

I'm not getting into any brawls with other Shadows, in fact I'm trying to find the Shadow Guard, so fighting Shadows would only hurt my cause. I guess I'll talk to the others who decided to defend themselves, everyone who just accepted defeat is weak and they won't do anything but hinder me.

Damien stood up and leaned against the tree, blocking Jason's way.'"Well, if you think he's too weak, then how about facing me?" Damien grinned a dark smile, nearly intimidating. "Because honestly, you're pissin' me off now. All you've done is kill baselines, leavin' us Shadows high and dry. Hell, I wouldn't be suprised if you wanted to join the Shadow Guardians with that damn attitude!" Damien saw Jason's face. "Wow. You actually do. Now I really want to screw you over. Don't worry, it won't be a Shadow Duel- I don't want the thing to end before I kick the crap out of you."

Zed stood back and scribbled another note wondering if he would need it. He continued to watch Soul. Somewhere in his head a voice said to him "He's not the one you support". "I know" Whispered Zed as he continued to watch.
