I love this Lets Play. This is my first time reading and I got to say I like it better when the characters in game do most of the talking. The way it is now it sounds like it is coming from the player than Star on Chest. It is a minor gripe though because the comedic factor is still strong.

Man the customization, game play, and advancement system is just WAY ahead of the generic world they stuck it all in.

Sums it up pretty well. I have a few characters in CO that I really enjoy playing. I just hate the world in which they're stuck.

Ahhh I remember this. Was a good read awhile back. It actually made me give that game a go with the free trial and all. The trial gives a very poor appearance for the game though so I never really committed anything more to it. Sort of just abandoned MMOs altogether now. Ah well, at the rate TF2 is going we'll have recipes for enchants in no time. [/sarcasm]

I love your stuff Shamus, but I hope you play some MMO other than Warcraft and mock it next. We all already know the flaws of WoW. It's why we are reading your comic instead of playing it.

I can understand this. I don't know how much overlap there is between TwentySided and Escapist, but I bet it's mostly one-way (i.e. lots of TwentySided fans have come to the Escapist because Shamus is now here, but very few have gone the other way - no offense Shamus). Therefore, there's quite a high chance that this series, which does have its comedic value, has not been seen before by most of the population of the Escapist...

Those who have seen it, well, just read or don't read it. Maybe you've forgotten most of it by now? Either way, it's nice to see the original Let's Play series airing here, and it's easy work for Shamus, so he gets a bit of a rest. We all win, right?

I sort of started both at the same time. I came across DM Of The Rings (something which I think should be done for Harry Potter... not an obvious plea for it to happen...) around the same time I came across Stolen Pixels. I guess i'm the hybrid freak of the Escapist now then?
