As confronting as that looks, I will confess both A) I wasn't sure if camel was edible or not, and now B) I wonder what it tastes like.

I knew it was edible from an older Anthony Bourdain episode where he went to the Bedouins and had a huge camel on rice thing, apparently it has it's own gamey flavor kinda like mutton but camelyer.
