Yes, if that is the will of the artist. Censorship of gaming content is no different then telling painters what is and is not appropriate to put on the canvas. Obscenity and tastefulness are separate issues, the artist's ideas should have the right to exist.
I think on this issue people sometimes mix up the ability of young children to obtain games that have these themes, with the question of whether these games should be allowed to exist. These are separate issues, protect kids of whatever age for whatever reason you want, but do not limit the rights of others in the process.
