i've actually used a couple zp lines to pick up chicks. if you know how to use the right context, they're actually quite a turn-on (eg the "girlfriends of gamers" comment, where he addresses that they only watch the videos because they secretly want to fuck him--chicks LOVE when guys throw them a curveball like that, but only if the timing is right)

I wanted to say "Go Team Retard" a lot while working at the fast food place at which I was previously employed. So many stupid co-workers there.

I admire Yahtzee, but we have different styles. I am more of an absurdest, who makes obscure metaphors. Though I have stolen his sentence structure time to time which is mostly, talk about game, make comparison, talk a little more, drive the point home with a crude yet clever metaphor. With the hallmarks of comedy, gags and gimmicks throw into the mix. Not to say he is gimmicky, which is where most comedy writers go after they've run out of cleverness and effort.

I generally avoid quoting him, except when something fits just perfectly, and usually I only realize I've done so shortly afterward.

I've used the "floss" line once or twice, but aside from that I don't quote him too much.
And as for the "pants on head retarded" thing, I saw a dude once a a small lake beach that was, in fact, pants on head retarded. As in he had cut off one of the legs of his jeans and had it on his head. Seeing as how this was about seven or so years before yahtzee said it, I think it's safe to say he didn't invent it.

I have a picture of me wearing my old fedora(which has since been destroyed by a dog, so i need a new one)from about four years ago, since it was in my freshman year of High School that the picture was taken. EDIT: Interesting point about "pretending to have humour". The saddest moment of my life was probably when I realised that it was much easier to get people to laugh regurgitation the same of shit I laughed at when I was 11 years old than trying anything new and/or original.
