I like the first skatable ice of the season to play hockey on. Or honing my stick.
And when my hoodies come out of the dryer and are still warm. I LOVE the feeling. In fact, every time they get cleaned, no matter the temperature I just like to sit in it and surround myself with the warmth.
I also like to still build with my legos. I brought 500 up with me to college and on a slow/boring day, I like to build them in my room.

Sitting by the fire. there are some things that are hardwired into our humanity that we can truely be at peace with, truly enjoy. lying by the fire with my hunting hound (not really a hunting hound. its a labradour called zoe

There's nothing better than a stressful situation being dealt with by driving down the road, windows down, wind blowing through your hair, blasting Brentalfloss.

As has been previously stated, the sound of rain. Also, going and standing outside in the middle of a thunderstorm (I know it's completely moronic but your really feel alive standing out in it). Another simple thing that I love is that my grandma randomly calls me out of the blue just to talk sometimes. Call me weird, but...I love it.

For me, it's waking up too early, only to find out you can go back to sleep.
The smell of an SKS breech after you've fired off a magazine. I don't know what it is, but that smell always makes me happy. I've never fired another rifle, shotgun, or handgun that has the same smell as the 7.62x39. Also, laying on the couch and watching MST3K, and thunderstorms.
BBQ sauce on a kebab, those days when I just sit down and do nothing but play one game, those nights when instead of lying there waiting to pass out I just it and read/play PSP, the cats snuggling up to me, when a damn anime filler ends and we get to the good stuff, reading particularly great manga chapter and of course there's those moments when everything feels right; no outstanding homeworks, nobody yelling in my ear about how I don't take life seriously enough, nobody telling me I need to get a girlfriend, just me a glass of diet coke and a game in front of me
now if only these moments weren't so rare...
