The sense of relief/relaxation after a really draining bit of martial arts practice where you know you've left everything on the floor or mats. That ring of sweat around my eyes kind of makes me feel like I've just gotten out of a good cry/emotional outlet.
Writing something and knowing that it's good because the audience lets out this collective "whoa" while you're speaking it aloud on stage.
Sinking into this semi-lucid trance while playing music to a beat.
Finally being able to relax... drop down defenses when you have your arms around someone special - the sense that this moment could be stretched almost indefinitely without depreciating like gold molded into a thin leaf sheet.
So much beauty in this simplicity; it's sad that it's so often missed...
