STOP! YOU'VE VIOLATED TH-*shhhhKUNCK*
I'm sorry what was that? Was that an arrow in your face? Oh I'm sorry! *****.

I'm going to be the mental thief/assassin person who was arrested for no reason and now lives on their own in a hut in a forest on a mountain. Either Argonian or Bosmer. While I'll specialise in the generic 'stealthy' abilities, I'll adapt as necessary. Not going to be overly aggressive, but if anyone comes near my house without asking... *shhhhKUNCK!* ARROW IN YOUR FAAAAACE.

Definitely going to be an Argonian. I will also use Blade a lot, but for the most part I guess I will just go with the flow. Whatever I feel like doing throughout my playthrough really.

hmm, I was thinking a spellsword (and to better define his skills I'm going to dual-wield a staff and sword) but I am not sure of a race yet. I was thinking Breton because they get lots of magicka when born under the sign of the apprentice, but I might be a dark elf for their versatility or maybe something new, Suggestions?

Marksman, Security, Sneak, Alchemy, and Conjuration

Sniping enemies as their distracted by my spider daedra...
Sounds like a plan.

I dunno. I'll either go with battle-mage or else just sneak around shooting arrows at unsuspecting people who I want dead.

assasin-mage character. Probably a breton, since they're good with magic.

Muldoon the Clever.

An Argonian assassin adept at archery and arcane arts.
And sneaking up on unsuspecting hunters, surely?

OT: I'll probably start off as a Breton Battlemage, but I'll most likely veer into a stealth/magic specialist.

I don't know how many of you have seen the screen shots of all the generic racial faces but after seeing them i am going to play the race i always play first time around... Orc. Espically considering this means after i bored of being a warrior and smashing shit up with my big axe and switch out to some crazy magic or different combination of weapons... perhaps dual war axes.... we shall see.

I'll be an Argonian who wears light armor, is adept at stealth, archery, and uses swords and shields. Maybe I'll use magic occasionally.

I intend to make either a really buff orc and have sex with every single women in the land so there will be thousands of Shrek like monsters running around.

Or become a middle age nord with a beard. I will proceed to go live in a village and marry a women, becoming a blacksmith to pay for her. Then one day a dragon will eventually attack my home, kill my wife and I will swear to kill every dragon in the land

I'm unfamiliar with the Elder Scrolls skillsets since I've forgotten what little Oblivion I played, but I'm going to focus on being a human who likes slaying things with his sword. Then selling all their shit.
Oh, and exploring. I fucking love exploring, so whatever benefits that, I'm having.

First character is going to be a Dark Elf specializing in stealth, marksman and destruction who is racist towards Argonians and High Elves (Argonians because of what they did to Vvardenfell, High Elves because High Elves suck and the hatred runs in the character's family, him being related to my Oblivion Dark Elf and all). He's a bit of a sociopath, he'll be a serial killer of Argonians. Gonna put the new guard/law system to the test. :D

Altmer. As long as I can make the skin not-gold like the pictures suggest I have to.
After that, I'll probably use everything, but I'll choose whatever is the most fun in the end (probably bow and magic combination since the melee doesn't look very good).

Someone else probably already said it, but there are no chosen skills. I also doubt the mercantile skill will remain as they dropped a few and there wasn't much purpose to that skill.

If i get the game i will play a rogue/archer, no magic (or as little as i can get away with). Then i will pray that this "build" wont suck as bad as it did in oblivion.
What are you talking about?
Its the kind of build i like to play too.

From my experience, in the early game (in vanilla oblivion)it is a bood build, but it doesnt cut it past level 15-20. Ennemies at that point just have too much HP, so even poisoned "sneak" arrows with top quality gear dont do nearly enough damage to be effective, especially when compared to what a mage could do at the same point in the game.

A Nord warrior with some healing magic. Simple, easy to play and self-sufficient. I might try a Mage though if they're easier to play in this one.
